"Bolts failed and made more work for me"
I bought these bolts thinking they’d be decent, but they really didn’t hold up. After only a couple uses, the threads started wearing out, and a few of them actually snapped while I was tightening them. Then I had to stop what I was doing and deal with getting the broken pieces out, which was just extra work I definitely didn’t need. For the price, I expected a lot better. I won’t be ordering these again

"A little pricey, even though I usually like them"
I ordered a few fasteners and they showed up without any issues, so no complaints there. I’ve used this brand before and generally trust them, which is why I went with them again, but this time the price felt a bit steep for basic parts. Once delivery was added, it didn’t really feel like great value. I’d probably still consider them if I needed something quickly, but next time I’ll definitely compare prices first.

I’m so used to getting worn down by extra fees and shipping hassles that I was relieved this didn’t cost a fortune. Postage was cheap, it showed up fine, and there wasn’t anything to complain about.

"Worked Out Fine for a Big Bolt Order"
I ordered a big mix of fasteners because it made more sense to get them all at once instead of running around to different places. Most of the stuff showed up quickly, which was a relief. One box was a bit short, but I contacted them and they got it sorted out the next day. for a bulk order, I feel like that’s not too bad at all...

I tried getting in touch with Fine Fit Fasteners about my order it was frustrating. You’d think getting a basic update would be straightforward, but I barely got a response, and when they did reply it was really short and didn’t clear much up. I ended up having to chase them more than once, which just feels unnecessary. The products might be fine, but the lack of communication really put me off ordering from them again...

I ordered a few bolts from finefitfasteners.co.uk, assuming they’d be standard as long as the sizes matched the listing, and that turned out to be the case. Everything arrived looking right, the threads were clean, and they went in smoothly without any messing around.
I wasn’t totally sure how they’d work with the older brackets I was using, because I usually expect a bit of fiddling with that sort of thing, but they fitted first time. Nice and straightforward, which is all I really wanted. I’d happily use them again.

Just a quick warning for anyone wasting time hunting around for weird specialist fasteners: this place had the exact screws I couldn’t find anywhere else. Ordering was straightforward, they arrived without any hassle, and everything was as expected. i’d use them again.

"Helpful enough, but some details were missing"
I used the item descriptions to choose a few fixings, and for the most part they were fine. The sizes and basic info were there, so I could work with it. A couple of the listings were a bit thin though, or actually, not thin exactly, just not as clear as I would’ve liked, so I ended up checking elsewhere to be sure. Overall it’s decent, but a few more photos or clearer specs would make it much easier.

I was just trying to grab some fixings, but the checkout was a bit of a pain. The page refreshed and made me put my details in again, and the payment part felt a little awkward, like that whole step just wasn’t as smooth as it should’ve been. I got it done in the end, but this took longer than I expected. Not terrible or anything, just annoying when you’re trying to buy something quickly.

I got my order quickly, so that was good. A few of the fittings were the wrong size though, which was, you know, a little annoying to deal with. Not a huge issue overall, just took a bit of extra time to sort out

I ordered some fasteners thinking they’d turn up within a few days, but they ended up taking much longer than expected. I had to follow up to find out what was going on, and the delay held up the job I needed them for.
The fasteners themselves might be perfectly fine, but the delivery experience really put me off. Personally, I wouldn’t use finefitfasteners.co.uk again if I needed something in a hurry.

"Not as good as they make it sound"
The bolts showed up fine, but the quality just wasn’t what I expected. The threads felt kind of rough, and a few of them didn’t fit properly. I know the product description makes everything sound solid and reliable, but it felt like the usual polished company wording more than the reality. Not terrible, but I wouldn’t call it great quality.

"Poor technical support"
I contacted them with what I thought was a simple question about the correct fixing size, but the reply I got wasn’t much help at all. It felt like they hadn’t properly read what I’d asked. I also seemed to get slightly different answers depending on who was responding, which just made it more frustrating. In the end I had to figure it out myself. Not ideal when you’re relying on them for proper technical support.

I ordered materials for a job and the delivery date kept shifting, which put me in a awkward spot. I didn’t really get clear updates unless I chased, and in the end I had to buy what I needed somewhere else just to get the work finished. "Good selection, but a little confusing"
They’ve got a decent range of fasteners and bits, so that’s a plus. Plenty to look through. But some sizes were harder to find than I expected. A bit hit or miss in spots. Overall, not bad, just could be laid out or labeled a little better.
